Admission
- Boys and Girls are admitted in Nursery at the age of 3+ years, L.K.G., at the age of 4+ years with the required documents.
- Parents are asked to fill in the admission form with utmost accuracy. Subsequent changes will NOT be permitted thereafter for any reason whatsoever.
- Students seeking admission to any other classes except Nursery and LKG are to sit for an admission test in English, Hindi and Mathematics on a date fixed by the Principal.
- Upon publication of the result of admission test, candidates are to take admission by paying all the preliminary fees.
- Parents are reminded that the Date of Birth of the child, given at the time of admission, shall not be changed later.
Examination and Promotion
- Promotion is given on the basis of overall performance and not merely on marks scored in the final exams. Every student must be present for exams conducted by the school.
- A student who misses an examination will not be allowed to appear for it at a later date. There shall be no re-test or re- exam.
- Students shall not remain absent on the previous days of the examinations.
- The result declared at the end of the year is final and will not be reconsidered. Parents can see the answer scripts of all examinations except the Final Examinations. In all matters of promotion or failure, Principal’s decision is final. Final exam papers will not be shown to parents.
- Each student is required to have minimum  85% of attendance  as a pre-condition for promotion.
- Names of students who do not report to the school within  Five days  of the school’s re-opening will be struck off the rolls.
- Anyone who resorts to unfair means (cheating/copying) in the examinations has no place in this school.
- There are three exams in a year, namely, Quarterly, Half yearly and Final, besides Unit Tests.
- Average mark of the unit test will be added with the Quarterly, Half yearly and Final examinations.
withdrawal and dismissal
- Before withdrawing a student from the school, a month’s notice is to be given or a month’s fee in lieu of notice.
- School leaving certificate (TC) will be issued only after clearance of all the dues to the school and on receipt of a written application from the parent or guardian. Rs. 200 will be charged for T.C.
- Repeated absence or unexpected absence, without information to the Principal, for fifteen days and more would render a pupil liable to dismissal.
- The school reserves to itself the right to dismiss students whose conduct becomes harmful to other students. Grave insubordination or contempt of authority justifies immediate dismissal.
- Repeated and longer absence for feasts, mela, wedding etc., is not encouraged.
- Students found guilty of stealing, tearing out pages or otherwise defacing library books or magazines will be punished with suitable disciplinary actions.
