Cleanliness is next to godliness. Thus, the school endeavours to inculcate habits of cleanliness and neatness in students. Parents are requested in the interest of their children and the school to see that their children are always smartly dressed not only while attending the school but also at public places or while attending any function.
School Programme
The instructional programme of ST. JOSEPH’S SCHOOL, CHARKAPATHAR is planned to provide the best possible education to each child in the school. It consists of programmes which will develop habits, knowledge, understanding and attitude for the present and the future. These programmes are selected according to the needs, abilities and interest of the group and each child.
The carefully planned curriculum serves as guide for promoting continuous growth of each child. It seeks to help each child develop to the best of her or his ability and become a well adjusted, self supporting and actively participating citizen. In an informal yet structured setting, we try to help each child:
- To adjust coming to school.
- To adjust to class room routine.
- To accept new authority figures.
- To function in a group situation.
Co-curricular and Extra-curricular activities

The School system has well established intramural programmes for both boys and girls. Such activities as Cricket, Football, and Kho- Kho are played in house leagues and a special training is given for Taekwondo.
